Mixed-use development in Pilar, Argentina

The projects includes 246 units comprise of two flexible building types, “villas” and “courtyards,” that can accommodate different uses and a range of unit sizes. Two new town squares and a new football field create opportunities for community interaction and two recycled old factories provide identifiable anchor buildings at the new town squares.

The project creates a new settlement maintaining the rural character of the area with a unique “sense of place” that allows for a memorable rural experience.

Willowbrook Townhouses, Los Angeles, California

The design proposal creates an internal pedestrian street with all the units having direct
access to this common area. The common area has small gardens owned exclusively by
each tenant and a pedestrian street that link all units.
